I asked for a picture before my item shipped, the assistant I placed the order kindly stayed with me for the whole process and would let me know where in the stage I was, then once she had the piece completed was able to send me a picture. My husband loved it and I was a little skiddish as it was a little darker than the picture (again one of a kind so it's not going to be an exact replica). But it came in and we both loved it! Shipping was quick and the company called set it up and easy peasy. The whole process was great. Customer Service was excellent. I never had to wait on a response.
