The Heritage Collection has hand made solid wood hinges for its doors.  Wood hinges were popular in the last century, but the cost of making them lead to mass produced metal hinges.  The latch is hand forged metal.  The hinges and latch give this coffee table a unique old world rustic charm.  Custom sizes are available.
