A brand new design from the artisans at Woodland Creek Furniture.  When it was completed and we all stood back and looked at it, there was a collective “wow, is that beautiful.”   And everyone who has seen our Modern Live Edge Bed for the first time has had the same response.

Our modern live edge bed starts with a solid hardwood frame.  Two live edge black walnut slabs are suspended by hand forged metal hardware.  The linear wood frame is stained slightly darker creating just the right contrast to highlight the live edge slabs.  This new bed design will fit into any decor as it is a true transitional bed design.  It is modern due to its linear frame work.  It also have natural or rustic character due to the live edge slabs with their natural edges.  I guess we can call this a modern rustic bed design.  Normally, that would be an oxymoron, but not in this case.
