The posts are also solid walnut, but they are refined lending sophistication to the overall design.  Each bed will be unique as no two slabs will ever be identical.  This is a solid wood bed proudly made in American and very reasonably priced.  We have seen beds like this priced double, even triple on other websites.  You are dealing with factory direct with the men and women that make the furniture.  No middlemen or distributor markups.
