All of our Cedar Lake lines of rustic log furniture are hand-crafted from white cedar logs. We choose logs that are rich in rustic character created by beetle marks, burls, gnarls and other natural "imperfections".  The hand peeling process leaves some cambium (inner bark) on the logs, further accentuating the natural character and rustic beauty.
