This beautiful coffee table is a Woodland Creek signature design.  Our artisans love making this unique coffee table because no two ever turn out exactly alike.  Each unique coffee table starts with a frame.  You may select from round, square or rectangle.  You may also select from a metal base or an organic log base.

The craftsman then picks the wood for the tops.  Our craftsman know we want each of these unique coffee tables to be a statement piece so he has access to our best wood.  This gives him access to the exotic burl wood or redwood.  Next, he lays out his pieces envisioning how a real cavern would look with a river running through while towering banks loom overhead.  After the pieces are cut and laid out, the artisan crafts either an artistic, twisty base or a modern metal base.

The voids simulating the river are filled with Great Lakes stones, sealed to draw out the inherent character in each.
