These stunning natural wood branch tables with glass tops are fashioned out of natural teak roots.  The organic roots are harvested after the plantation grown wood is harvested.  Nothing is wasted, not even the roots. Teak is a very solid wood used in furniture and boat decks because of its tight grain and silica that the tree absorbs in its growing process.  These rustic small end tables or night stands are cut from branch ends that would normal be thrown away.  This use of reclaimed resources complements Woodland Creek Furniture's philosophy of eco-friendly design.
