The bed shown in the picture is made with two large slabs of wood for the headboard. The slabs are NOT book-matched. If you do not mind the slabs being different from each other, this is a more econimical option. If you prefer the slabs be equal in appearance of graining and coloring, you will want to choose the book-matched option.
