The aspen logs used in the Beartooth Aspen Log Hope Chest are harvested from dead-standing aspen trees and are hand-peeled to preserve the natural wood color and rustic character. Solid aspen materials are used for all of the logs and paneling with optional aromatic cedar lining for the inside of the chest. To preserve and bring out the natural beauty of the wood, three coats of finish are applied to the rustic aspen log chest.

My chest came two weeks early, to my pleasant surprise! I love my new chest. It holds everything I wanted to store in it and there is still more room. The craftsmanship is superior! The aromatic cedar lining wonderful. Couldn't be happier with my new chest!!
