The Hidden Lake Classic Twin over Twin Log Bunk Bed is made from 5 1/2" cedar logs that have been sanded smooth. The rustic bunk bed features a classic log design and even has log supports instead of wooden slats. The log bunk bed may be separated into two beds and an optional ladder is a separate unit, not built into the footboard. The log bunk bed may be left unfinished so you can finish it as desired, or choose from our clear or light honey finishes.

The support slats included with each bunk will not support a mattress without a bunkie board, box spring/foundation, or some form of additional mattress support. The optional Roll-Out Wood Slat Mattress Supports are a roll out slat support system that acts as a mattress platform, resting on the support slats and eliminating the need for a box spring. This results in increased headroom for each bunk you use a Wood Mattress Support on.
