Our Barnwood table arrived Wednesday, one day ahead of schedule! I just want to tell you how much we love it! It is beautiful and just as described on the web site. The craftsmanship is excellent. The wood is beautiful. We love the color and wood grain as well as the finish. It is just what we wanted!

I had not ever made a furniture purchase of this size on the internet before, because I was always nervous of delivery and condition in case of the need to return anything. But the purchase was perfect. The crate built to protect the table in transit was amazingly constructed and protected it well. The deliveryman from the transit company was friendly and helpful.

First of all I hope you and your back are getting better. It’s no fun when you have to deal with a back issue.

Now let’s get to my furniture that we ordered from your store (Becky). It exceeds all my expectations. It is wonderful and with the slight modifications that Bob the builder recommended, everything turned out just perfect. Everything went as you and Becky said it would. What a concept, you promise a customer something and it really happens. What a way to run a business.

You have a real jewel in Becky. What a great find you have with her. The way she handled everything and her wonderful voice on the phone, she is the best.
The only slight glitch was with the delivery company. I was told they would call about 1/2 hour before coming. I also gave them my cell number, just in case they couldn’t reach me at home. I was told they would be here sometime between 12 and 4 pm. They showed up around 3:30 pm with no call and they didn’t have my cell number that I had given to their office. All in all everything turned out just fine and we are more that satisfied with you and your furniture store. Please pass along to Bob the builder how very happy we are and what a wonderful job he did.

I was wondering if we might be able to get a matching lazy susan for it? Is this something you do or could you hook me up with someone who does such a big lazy susan. I’m guessing we would need one to be about 42inches for this size table.
