Heritage Collection Details

The Heritage Collection is a line of rustic furniture dedicated to the early American Settlers.  The first cabins built had furniture with character similar to that of the Heritage Collection.

The Heritage Collection is made from reclaimed barnwood.  The difference between this line and the other lines of barn wood we carry is the wood’s aged texture.  Only the oldest, most weathered pieces are used in the Heritage Collection.  Each board is handpicked searching for wood with a heavy weathered patina and the more natural blemishes the better.  These character boards are fashioned into beautiful rustic furniture.  This line of rustic furniture features solid wood hand crafted wood hinges and hand forged metal latches. Yes, you read correctly – the hinges are not metal – they are made from solid wood – the old fashioned way.  The combination of the select barnwood, solid wood hinges and forged metal hardware is a combination of unparalleled rustic charm.

Custom sizes and layouts are available. If you can dream it, it can be built.

About Heritage Collection

Heritage Furniture Materials

The most character boards are hand-picked for the Heritage Collection.  The crafters select only the boards with the most heavily weathered patina and natural blemishes.

Heritage Furniture Finishes

The Heritage Collection’s barnwood tops are soft to the touch.  The door panels and drawer fronts showcase the select heavily distressed boards.  The combination creates the unique rustic charm.

Customers seeing the Heritage Collection for the first time marvel at the handmade solid wood door hinges.  It usually takes a few minutes before they notice the hand forged drawer pulls.
